About

The R.E.F.U.G.E. was organized in 1998 to in response to increasing gaps in high quality treatment for foster youth and the adult senior population in Alameda County. We provide qualified personnel who will assist clients with issues of conflict resolution and other similar issues through communication rehabilitation. The goal of the R.E.F.U.G.E. is to offer a therapeutic environment that is conducive to meeting the needs of our clients.
